During my recent stay at Nap In Fest, I was impressed by how comfortable and clean the room was. The bed and pillows provided a great night's sleep, and the overall cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was just a short two-minute walk from the entrance of Central Festival. Additionally, it was only a fifteen-minute walk to Chiang Mai Bus Terminus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located near a big shopping mall with easy access. the location also provides a quiet and comfortable stay, away from the noise of the city center. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the bathrooms are well-maintained, and the toiletries are of high quality.
The lack of a restaurant in the hotel may pose a problem for hungry travelers who don't want to walk to the nearby mall.

During our Christmas vacation, we had a comfortable stay at a convenient location near a mall. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were modern. We appreciated the desk to work and the comfortable beds. the hotel provided us with ample parking space, which was a plus point.
The breakfast was not included in our stay and the nearby food places did not open until 10 am. we had to cross a busy parking lot to get to the mall which was not very convenient.

The hotel is located next to a big shopping mall, which is very convenient for those who want to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat. the staff were friendly and provided complimentary water both in the lobby and rooms, which was a nice touch. the function rooms and lifts were conveniently located and designed.
The hotel did not offer breakfast and the nearby food hall at the mall did not open until 10 am, which was a bit inconvenient for early risers. It was also a bit difficult to find breakfast options around the hotel, and there were some odor issues, possibly due to the rainy season.

The bed was relatively comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff were phenomenal and made the stay more enjoyable.
Don't have any issues at all.
